A 3D-model is usually a file with a geometry and NOT a picture. So please look for 3D-models, or nobody will do these mods. Tip: Only wish one car, until the first car you wish is finished. Quality of models is not very high. (or not suitable for games) You could increase your success of a modwish by reducing your wishes to only one car at once. Im sure, there will be nobody who will make all cars. Apart of that, try to find a model eg. on games.reveur.de or gtainside.com. Those cars are made for games and more suitable for CT.
