well it's been a long while since I've done anything for driving games like this, so I thought It was time, to do something,
I see that you can add mods to crashtime 5, however there is no "freeroam" and that just doesn't appeal to me at all. so i'm going to give that a huge miss.

I have a question regarding working dashes for crashtime 4, I've tried putting in one of my own mods (more on that later) and I've set them as I would have done for world racing 2, in the database, but they aren't appearing on the dash in front of me, what am I doing wrong here.

now what I've decided to do, instead of adding my cars to your databases, which I t ried already and it didn't show up in the game anyway, i'm going to create my own database that will come with each of my cars. right now i'm working on just getting things in and working, I've got some height issues with my car that i'm currently working on, so one would suspect I need to take it out and reposition the car so it sits at the correct height,

if you have any suggestions about how I can get my car packs into your databases i'd love to hear your ideas on it.
lastly are we yet able to put new "scenarios" ie tracks into crashtime games?

There is a freeroam mod available for Crashtime 5 wink

I think you mean the cockpit needles, right? They ain't available in Crashtime 4+, so you have to put them into your 3D model or just keep them out.

This could be caused by multiple things. Please check the list below:

  1. Did you name your mod folder as the value in _3d_fzeugdata / BasisModellName?
  2. Are your mod IDs' unique? (the IDs' for FahrzeugklasseGesamt can be the same)
  3. Are the files in your folder named right? (just check it to be sure)

Germany thecloser_ is currently working on a tool for this.

thanks for the info on the free roam bit, I did look through the downloads but couldn't see it, if someone can shoot me a link that'd be great, thanks.

right cheers, I fixed the height problem for the "spinner" I had to redo the car, but In doing so it messed up the car ingame, I found the right setting after about 2 hours lol. it's the "reifen y position" yay me lol.

cheers thanks i'm pretty well sorted out now as far as that's concerned, still some fine tuning to be done now.
