Basically it's an easy job.
Use SQLite Expert Personal 3 (free) to edit CT4 or CT5 database.
Check this tutorial by Jannes to create a new line in the database and move the Car folder of CT3 to the Cars folder of CT4 or CT 5
Unfortunately, this Tutorial is only available in German, but Im sure you can get some information out of it.
