Yes sure, in the Multiplayer Mode it´s a Control Panel to choose the color.

No, you can´t. It´s only Multiplayer.

I think it's splittscreen too.
And I think that insert it into single player isn't possible.

I think this is in Single Race, but in Splitscreen is no "Top Speed".
But it can be a fake, too
